3. Product Information

ONBev, LLC is the exclusive U.S. distributor of Opius’s premium non-alcoholic elixirs, imported from Belgium and approved by the FDA for sale in the United States.

Our products are crafted using high-quality botanicals, herbs, and spices, offering a sophisticated, alcohol-free alternative to traditional spirits. Each product contains 0.0% ABV and is designed for consumers who seek complex and refined flavors without alcohol.

Some products may contain allergens (e.g., nuts), and we strongly advise customers to review individual ingredient lists before consumption.

For optimal freshness and taste, store products in a cool, dry place and consume within six months after opening.

4. Ordering and Fulfillment

  • Orders placed through our Shopify store are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • All orders are fulfilled from our Miami facility and shipped directly to customers within the United States.
  • Customers will receive an order confirmation email upon successful purchase and a tracking number once the order is shipped.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD ($) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To qualify for a return:
    • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
    • A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Note: Opened or consumed products are not eligible for returns due to health and safety regulations.
